The house originally designed by Tony Smith in the 50’s consists of a main building, a guesthouse on stilts accessible from a ramp and a swimming pool built around a rock that marks the high point on the coast.
Loft in New York City was designed by David Serero in Paris. A glass wall divides the space of this Soho loft to separate the living space from more intimate spaces and keep the light flowing through the apartment.



Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) was design by Rafael Viñoly Architects in New York. Unlike typical “black-box” convention centers with limited natural lighting, the main exhibition hall features a light-infused space with soaring overhead volumes.

The house was designed by Antoine Predock’s Studio in New Mexico. Located at the remote northeastern end of the Rio Blanco River Basin, a high mountain area traditionally occupied by farms and ranches, the site is defined by surrounding peaks and alpine vegetation.


The White House is a Victorian cottage that has been completely transformed into a light, minimalist 2/3-bedroom home by 3S Architects & Designers. It is finished to the very highest specification.

Dustin Feider designed the O2 Treehouse to serves many purposes. This structure is a great place to relax, reflect, do yoga, meditate, read, work on a computer or entertain company.
The 3-level spa is decorated by Shanghai-based studios, KKU World. This is 338 m2 spa completed in late 2007.
